Tags are specific criteria that can be created and added to both People and Projects in LaborChart. Tags can be filtered in order to better organize and quickly find Projects and People that match your needs. Tag customization will be handled within the Settings Page. This article will show you how to create a Tag.

Getting Started

Your company's Tags are created and managed in the Settings Page under the Tags tab located in the sidebar menu on the left side of the page.


To create a Tag:

  • Select the blue New button located in the upper right corner of the page


  • Enter the details of the new Tag. If an abbreviation is not entered, the Tag will default to display as the first five letters of the name.
  • Select Save
