Overview
The Requests Page can display as much or as little information as you would like. The information displayed is customized by adding or removing items within the Columns Bar which is located across the top of the page. This article will walk you through customizing your Columns Bar.
Getting Started
Adding and removing Columns are both done through the Column Icon located in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select the Columns Icon to populate the list of available Columns
- Check the columns to assign them to the page, and uncheck Columns to remove them
- Select Save to apply the changes
Further customizing the Columns Bar by changing the order in which the Columns appear. Here's how:
- Click+hold the Column Title, drag it to the desired location, then release
In the example below, the Assignment State Column is being moved to the right side of the Project Number Column
The Column will automatically populate in the desired location. See below.
