On the Totals Page, you will find four options for Cell Units which provides different ways to Configure the page. The four Categories are People, Work-Days, Hours and Cost. This article will walk you through what the different cell units account for and how you can Configure them.

Getting Started

Below are your four cell unit options and what they provide.

  • People: The number of every Active Resource within the Group you are viewing
    • People is the only cell unit with a Delta Line, which displays excess Resources or if you need to hire more on
  • Work-Days: The Total Hours of all Assignments and Requests, divided by the paid hours per shift

  • Hours: The sum of all Assignment and Workforce Request Hours

  • Cost: The Total Cost based on the hourly wage for every Assignment and Workforce Request

Configuring Your Page

The Total Cell Units displayed across the darkened area at the top of the Totals Page are representative of the entire company (or the entirety of the Group that is currently viewed).

Underneath, the Cell Units are broken down and grouped by Project or Job Title.


To choose which Cell Unit is displayed on your Totals Page:

  • Select the Configure button located in the upper left corner of the page
  • Select the desired Cell Unit at the bottom of the Configuration modal and select Apply
