Overview


The Alerts Page is the hub of all open, drafted, scheduled and closed Alerts within your company. This article will show you how to manage your Alerts Page by utilizing Sorting and Filtering capabilities.


Sorting


Sorting on the Alerts Page refers to the order in which the list is presented. Each Category has its own sorting options based on the content of the Category.


Open Alerts:

  • Sent At - Newest: sort the list with the most recently sent alerts at the top
  • Sent At - Oldest: sort from the oldest alerts at the top, newest at the bottom
  • Most Recent Reply: the alerts that have been most recently replied to appear in order from top to bottom


Scheduled and Drafted Alerts:

  • Created - Newest: sort with the most recently created alerts at the top
  • Created - Oldest: sort the list with the earliest created at the top


Closed Alerts:

  • Sent At - Newest: sort the list with the most recently sent alerts at the top
  • Sent At - Oldest: sort from the earliest sent alerts at the top
  • Most Recent Reply: sort with the most recently replied to alerts at the top
  • Closed - Newest: sort with the most recently closed alerts at the top
  • Created - Oldest: sort from the earliest created alerts at the top, and most recently created at the bottom


To sort the Alerts Page, select the desired option from the Drop-Down towards the upper left side of the page.

Filtering


While sorting is used to rearrange your list, Filtering is used to narrow down the list. Below are descriptions for filter options within each alert category.


Open and Closed Alerts:

  • Has Reply Options: choose to show alerts that have received a specific response
  • Reply Counts: show alerts in which all recipients have replied, only some recipients have replied, or alerts in which no one has replied
  • For Projects: display alerts tied to one or more selected Projects


Scheduled and Drafted Alerts

  • For Projects: display alerts tied to one or more selected Projects


To Filter down the Alerts Page:

  • Select the Funnel Icon located at the top of the page
  • Select the desired Filters
  • Select the blue Apply button
  • You can remove all applied Filters by selecting Clear All
