Too many failed attempts to sign in to LaborChart will result in a locked account, rendering the user unable to sign in. In this situation, one of your company's Admin Users will need to unlock your account. This article will guide you in doing that.
Unlocking an Account
- Navigate to the person's Details Page
- Select the Unlock User button located beneath their profile picture
- A warning modal will populate, asking you to confirm the unlocking of their account. Select Unlock.
Once the account is unlocked, it is highly recommended that the afflicted user changes their password. This can be done through the Forgot My Password workflow on the sign in page, as well as under the My Profile tab within the Settings Page.
