Overview


Applying Filters to the Activity Page narrows down the type of activity shown in order to find particular pieces of information. This article will explain each Filter Category, as well as show how to apply the Filters.


Getting Started


There are three Filter Categories: Hide My Activity, People and Projects:

  1. Hide My Activity: Removes all actions that were performed by yourself

  2. People: Brings up a list of types of activity that are performed on People

    • Assignments: Shows only created, updated and deleted Assignments
    • Attachments: Shows any attachments added or removed from a person's Details Page
    • Info: Shows any added, changed, or removed information on a person's Details Page (Email, Phone, Custom Fields, etc.)
    • Notes Shows any added or removed Notes on a person's Details Page
    • Tags: Shows any added or removed Tags, as well as updated expiration dates
    • Time Off: shows any added, removed or updated Time Off details
  3. Projects: Brings up a list of types of activity that are performed on Projects

    • Attachments: Any added or removed attachments on a Project's Details Page
    • Categories: Any added, removed or updated Categories and Subcategories
    • Requests: All created, removed or updated Workforce Requests
    • Info: Any change in the information section on a Project's Details Page
    • Notes: Any added or removed Notes on a Project's Details Page
    • Roles: All added or removed Project Roles
    • Tags: Any added or removed Tags on a Project
    • Wage Overrides: any added, removed or updates to Wage Override


Applying a Filter


  • First, select the Funnel Icon located in the upper right corner of the page
  • Select your desired Filter
  • Select the blue checkmark to apply it


Note that Project Filters will NOT impact viewing the People tab and vice versa.
